    Your pattern with be represented by the y values you get when you substitute in 0, 1, 2, 3, etc ... for the x values.

    I will show you the table that would be created with the given x values:

    x: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

    y: 3, 4, 6, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11
