    Answer: 9 3/8 of turquoise

    3 1/8 of navy blue

    Step-by-step explanation:

    3 1/2 + 1 1/6 = 4 2/3

    12.5 divided by 4 2/3 = 2 19/28

    2 19/28 x 3 1/2 = 9 3/8 turquoise

    2 19/28 x 1 1/6 = 3 1/8 navy blue

    Checking:

    9 3/8 + 3 1/8 = 12.5
