Distribute 13 into the parenthesis.
13 (19) 13 (-x)
= 247 - 13x
They aren't like terms so we leave the answer as: 247 - 13x

Assuming you just want to expand out the brackets, since you have no equals sign, then multiply everything inside by everything outside
13*19 = 247
13*x = 13x
So 247-13x
