    If the inequality has "y >" (y is greater than), you shade above the line.

    If the inequality has "y <" (y is less than), you shade below the line.

    If the inequality has (less than/greater than), the line is a dotted line.

    If the inequality has ≤ / ≥ (less than or equal to/greater than or equal to), the line is a solid line.
