What are the possible steps involved in solving the equation shown?

3.5+1.2 (6.3-7x) = 9.38

    You need to add every thing on the outside of the () on the left side of the = sign then multiply that answer by 6.3 and then7x then since you have a subtraction sign there you subtract them and that's your answer
