Yellowstone national park, which is located in wyoming, montana, and idaho, was america's first national park. the park has over 500 geysers. grand geyser erupts about every 8 hours. bases on this estimate, how many times would you see this geyser erupt if you could watch it for 1 year? there are 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year.

    Ina year, you'd see the geyser erupt 70,080 times. To find this, multiply the number of hours per day by the number of hours in a day, then by the number of days in a year. (8*24*365)
