John's average for making free throws in a basketball game is $0.8$. In a one-and-one free throw situation (where he shoots a second basket only if he makes the first), what is the probability that he makes exactly one basket?

    He gets two baskets but only makes one. In fraction form that is 1/2 and since there are there possibilities making both, making one and making none there is 1/3 of a chance of him making one basket.
