I think you left a bracket which is really important for rhe solution but, these are the possible solutions depending on the bracket. Sorry if I made any mistakes
4p^3 (p^2 + 8p-3)
=4p^5+32p^4 - 12p^3
(or)
4p^3 (p^2) + 8p-3
=4p^5+8p-3
