    F (x) = - 3x + 7

    f (-3) = - 3 (-3) + 7 = 9 + 7 = 16

    g (x) = - 7x + 3

    g (-3) = - 7 (-3) + 3 = 21 + 3 = 24

    f (-3) - g (-3) = 16 - 24 = - 8
