An empty barn is full of spiders. The owner of the barn says that no more than seventy two legs at a time may live in the barn. The owner thinks that 72 : 8 can be used to figure out how many spiders can live in the barn without breaking the rule. Is the owner correct?

    No because the owner is multiplying the spiders legs by how many legs there are but if their was 72 spiders instead of how many legs can fit in the barn he would have the answer correct

    I think yes because you can’t do anymore equations other than division and once you divide 72 by 8 Is 9 so it would be 8 spiders can live in the barn with breaking any rules!
