A liter of water is equivalent to 1000 cubic centimeters. Based on the equation W (n), each marble added to the tank, requires Andrei to fill 0.05 liters less of water. Thus we can use a conversion to the find that the volume of a single marble is 0.05 liters * 1000 cubic centimeters/liter, or 50 cubic centimeters.
