The line from (7, 1) to (-2 10) is a radius of the circle.

    Its length is the square root of [ (-2 - 7) ² + (10 - 1) ² ] = √ (81 + 81) = √162

    The equation of the circle is: (x - 7) ² + (y - 1) ² = 162
