    A 5.00 pm on Wednesday

    Step-by-step explanation:

The first technician takes 1 hour 30 minutes to complete each service, the other takes 2 hours 15 minutes. The company works from 9 am to 5 pm = 8 hours and there is a break of 1 hour. The company works for 8 - 1 = 7 hours.

The number of computers, the first technician does each day = 7 hrs / 1 hr 30 min = 14/3 computers

The number of computers, the second technician does each day = 7 hrs / 2 hr 15 min = 28/9 computers.

At 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the first technician would have completed 14 computers and the second technician would have completed 9.3 computers, given a total of 23.3 computers.
