    Tags not given out = (k/5) - 40

    Step-by-step explanation:

    k is tag

Tags k given to student are half = k/2

Tags given to parents are = 100

Total tags given to students and parents are = (k/2) + 100

    So remaining tags are=k - (k/2+100)

    = (k-200) / 2

    tags given to judges and teacher are 3/5 of remaining tags = (3/5) * ((k-200) / 2)

    So tags not given out are = (2/5) * ((k-200) / 2)

    = (k/5) - 40 Answer
