Anthony's Famous Butter Rolls Recipe

• 5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

• 3 tablespoons white sugar

• 2 teaspoons salt

• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

• 1 1/2 cups milk

• 1/2 cup water

• 3/4 cup butter

• Makes 2 dozen rolls

How much of each ingredient will he need?

To make 24 rolls:

5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

The recipe yields 2 dozen, or 24, rolls.
