    11 miles each day

    Step-by-step explanation:

Marcus needs 80 miles a week. Has already ridden 25 miles.

    80-25 = 55.

Marcus has 55 miles left to ride for the week and has 5 days to do it in.

Assuming he rides the same amount each day:

    55 / 5 = 11 miles biked each day.

    Check our work

5 days riding 11 miles a day would be 55 miles.

    25 miles are already completed.

    55 + 25 = 80
