18/20 because if you times 2/5 by 2/4 = 8/20+10/20=18/20

2/5 + 2/4 ... cannot add/subtract fractions unless they have a common denominator. The common denominator for 4 and 5 is 20.
8/20 + 10/20 = 18/20 reduces to 9/10
