    A tennis court is a rectange.

    The area of a rectange is equal to length * width.

    A = l*w

    2808 = l * 36 (Divide both sides of the equation by 36)

    L = 78

    Area = Length * Width

    Let ft represent feet

    2808ft² = Length * 36ft

    Length = 2808ft²/36ft = 78ft

    The length is 78 feet
