What is the diffrence between the digit in the ones place to the digit in the tenths place if they are the same number

    The difference between them are the values they have. Just because theyre the same number, doesnt mean they have the same value. For example, 10 is less than 100. Just because they have 0's doesnt mean theyre the same thing.
