A jar contains 11 pennies, 5 nickles, and 4 quarters. Andrea draws a nickel from the jar and puts it in her pocket. If Darrel then draws a coin from the jar without looking, what is the likelihood that it will be worth more than Andrea's coin?

    There are 15 lower and/or equal to andreas coin. So the ratio is 15:4
