    Lim x->0 (-7+x) / x^2

    just plug in x = 0

    (-7+0) / 0

    now this fraction is a negative number divided by 0.

    So, it equals - infinity.

    The limit value is infact - infinity,

    but from the given option, "Does Not Exit" is the best choice.
