13 and 1/3% = (13 and 1/3) / 100
convert 13 and 1/3 into imporpor fraction
13 and 1/3=13+1/3=39/3+1/3=40/3
(40/3) / 100 = (40/3) times 1/100=40/300=4/30=2/15
it is 2/15
