    The equation for circumference is C=pi*d

    If the radius is 28, the diameter is twice that or 56. Then we plug in what we know

    C=3.14*56

    If we use 3.14 for pi, we get 175.84

    Pi = 3.14

    circumference = 2 (pi) r

    circumference = 2 (3.14) (28)

    = 175.84 square feet
