I just answered this question and it is 27. or 3 cubed (3^3) This confirmed because the original cube has a volume of 125 and the new cube has a volume of 3375. 3375/125 equals 27. For future problems to simplify it you would do the length timed (3 in this case) to the number of dimensions power. (in this case also 3)
