    MAD = Σ|x - mean|/n

    mean = (0 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 5 + 9) / 6 = 18/6 = 3

    MAD = (|0 - 3| + |1 - 3| + |1 - 3| + |2 - 3| + |5 - 3| + |9 - 3|) / 6 = (3 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 6) / 6 = 16/6 = 2.7 countries.
