Angela has a cube with a length of one yard. Maya has a cube with a length of one meter. What do the two cubes have in common? List at least two common attributes.

    You must first consider the following conversion:

    1 m = 1.09361 yards

    Round to the nearest whol number:

    1m = 1yarda (approximately).

    We then have two common attributes:

    1) Both cubes have equal sides.

    2) Both cubes therefore have the same volume. Remembering that the definition of volume is V = L ^ 3 where L: side of the cube.
