    Hello there!

    -4 ≤ 4 (6y - 12) - 2y

    -4 ≤ 22y - 48

We always want the letter we are solving for lead the equation. So in this case, we need to flip this

    22y - 48 ≥ - 4

Then add 48 to both sides

    22y - 48 + 48 ≥ - 4 + 48

    22y ≥ 44

To find y, just divide both sides by 22

    22y/22 ≥ 44/22

    y ≥ 2

The correct answer is option A
