    The rate at which the water is leaking from the faucet is solved by dividing the amount of water collected by the number of hours.

    r = 0.25 cup / 1.5 hours

    r = 0.167 cup/hour

    Thus, the rate at which the water is leaking from the faucet is approximately equal to 0.167 cup/h.
