    Alternate Exterior Angles. Each pair of these angles are outside the parallel lines, and on opposite sides of the transversal. Then alternate exterior angles have the same measure. Vertical opposite angles. Angles opposite one another at the intersection of two lines. They are congruent (the same size). I believe this is your answer.
