First, make your ratios into fractions.
You have 2/5 = 3/4.
Now, in your calculator, divide 2 by 5. You get 0.4
Then in your calculator, divide 3 by 4. You get 0.75
0.4 does not equal 0.75
Therefore, there is no solution/they are not equivalent.
