True or false? The mean mathematics score of 513 is a statistic, representing the mean score for the sample of 1,672,395 students.

I put false since it might be a parameter? I really can't tell.

False, because the 513 is the population mean, which is a parameter, not a statistic.

    False

    Step-by-step explanation:

The difference between parameters and statistics is that a parameter refers to the whole population whereas a statistic refers to the sample of the population. In consequence, the mean mathematics score of 513 is a parameter because is the population mean.
