    To find the area of a rectangle, multiply the length by the width. The formula is:

    A = L x W, where A is the area, L is the length, W is the width, and · means multiply. So do 2 1/3 * 2 1/3 to get 5.4444444 etc. So your area would be 5.44 and yoru equation would look like this, 5.44 = 2 1/3 * 2 1/3
