For the given prediction 6% is impossible. Because 6% of 16824 is 1009 which is 197 away from 812. For the given prediction percentage will be 4.826

Well 6 percent is defective. Find 6 percent of 16824.

    .06 times 16824 = 1004.

812 is not the same, so you should not agree with the prediction. You should not agree because 6 percent of 16824 is 1004, which is clearly not or not even close to 812.
