    Your answer for this problem solving question is 0.06*27 = 1.62 then add 27 again and your answer is 28.62

    So, you have to pay the 27$ plus the taxes which is 6% of the 27$

    0.06 x 27 = 1.62$

    27+1.62 = 28.62$
