    C = 1.6b

    c + b = 442

    1.6b + b = 442

    2.6b = 442

    b = 442 / 2.6

    b = 170 < = = Boston

    c = 1.6b

    c = 1.6 (170)

    c = 272 < = = Colorado Springs
