    Let integers be x, x+1, x+2 and x+3

    x < 0.5 (x + 3)

    x < 0.5x + 1.5

    0.5x < 1.5

    x < 3

so x = 2 given that they are positive integers

so the largest integer that could be in the set is 2 + 3 = 5 answer
