The length is 25.
Do 7 * 2 = 14, then 64 - 14 = 50. Then do 50 : 2 to give you 25.

Assuming this is a paralellogram and not a traingle or something
P=2 (L+W)
64=2 (L+7)
divide both sides by 2
32=L+7
minus 7 both sides
25=L
legnth=25 units
