    If f (x) = 2x+3 and g (x) = x^2 then

    f (g (x)) = 2x^2+3 then:

    f (g (-3)) = 2 (-3) ^2+3

    f (g (-3)) = 2*9+3

    f (g (-3)) = 18+3

    f (g (-3)) = 21
