    Type B

    Step-by-step explanation:

For my car to always start i will go for Type B because it has a lesser standard deviation and statistically the lesser the standard deviation the closer it is to the mean, therefore with a mean of 5 years, a lesser standard deviation of one month gives me a higher chance that my car will start always than that of one year.
