3*3 = 9 and 2*10 = 20 since the are to the power of 2 u need to multiply the number twice like 20*20 and 9*9. 20*20 = 400 and 9*9 = 81. change your equation to fit the new numbers in. 81 + 400 - 15 = 466. 466 is your answer.
