    The answer is m = 7.

    1. (13-m=2 (m-4) Regroup terms

    2. Expand (13-m=2m - 8)

    3. Add m to both sides (13=2m-8 + m)

    4. Simplify (2m-8+m to 3m-8)

    5. add 8 to both sides (13 + 8 = 3m)

    6. Simplify 13+8 to 21

    7. Divide both sides by 33 (21/3 = m)

    8. simplify 21/3 to 7 (7 = m)

    9. switch sides (finally m = 7)
