In the diagram, m∠COE = 55°. If m∠2 = 2x and m∠3 = x + 10, what is the measure of angle 2?

    Subtract 55 from 180 total degrees of a triangle to get 125. Put 2x and x + 10 together ... 3x + 10 = 125 Subtract 10 from both sides ... 3x = 115 Divide by 3 ... x = 38.3333 Now to find the measure of angle 2 ... 38.333 (2) = 76.66666 Don't know if that's a multiple choice question or not, but that's what I got
