Im not really an expert on math, in fact im looking for the answer. I think i figured it out. Its 3^9
Step-by-step explanation: If you move the bottom 3^-2 to the top, it becomes positive because you cant have a negative exponent in that situation. It then becomes (3^5) ^4 which simplifies to 3^9. I might be wrong, my bad if i am aha
