    6-2x+2y=-3x+5

    6-2x+2x+2y=-3x+2x+5

    6+2y=-x+5

    6-6+2y=-x+5-6

    2y=-x-1

    2y+x=-x+x-1

    x+2y=-1

    Therefore, the standard form of 6-2 (x-y) = - 3x+5 is x+2y=-1.
