A locker is 1 foot long 1 foot wide and four and one fourth feet high what is the volume of the locker

    Volume = (length) x (width) x (height)

    (I think you knew that.)

    Write the measurements of the locker into that formula:

    Volume = (1 foot) x (1 foot) x (4 and 1/4 foot)

    = (1 x 1 x 4-1/4) (foot³)

    I think I'll leave that multiplication for you to finish up.

    Length: 1 foot

    Width: 1 foot

    Height: 4.25 feet

    The volume = 4.25 * 1 * 1 = 4.25

    4.25 cubic feet
