Raul has a box that is 9 centimeters wide. Lig's box is 3 centimeters wider than Raul's box. Will both boxes fit on a shelf that is 30 centimeters wide? Explain why?

    Yes, because if Raul has 9 centimeters wide

    and Lig's is 3 centimeters wider that would be 9 + 3=12 centimeter wider than Raul's box

    Yes because 9+3 = 12, and 9+12 = 22
