If x-3 is 4 more than w, then x is how much more than w?

    Well, what I do is actually substitute in numbers. So what I did was x = 3 and made then did the subtraction. Afterwards I got x = 0. Since x = w+4 you would want to subtract four to get the distance. Afterwards you get 3 (x) is? than w = - 4 and thats 7 (7 is the answer)
