Jim is 8 years younger than Tim. Simon is 5 times as old as Tim. The sum of their age is 55. How old are each if them?

    J=T-8

    S=5*T

    T+J+S=55

    T+T-8+5T=55

    7T=55+8

    7T=63

    T=63/7=9 Tim - 9

    J=T-8 = 9-8=1 Jim - 1

    S=5*T=5*9=45 Simon - 45

    Check (9+1+45=55)
