    (2/3) ^x (3/2) ^2x = 27/8

    (3/2) ^-x (3/2) ^2x = 27/8

    (3/2) ^-x+2x = 27/8

    (3/2) ^x = 27/8

    (3/2) ^x = 3^3/2^3

    (3/2) ^x = (3/2) ^3

    x=3
