A mass of 7kg is held in equilibrium by 2

ropes. One has tension 20N and acts on 90 degrees

to the vectical. Find the tension in other

ropes and the angle itself make with vectical.

    So x = arctan 0.29124

    = 16.24 degrees.

    The tension T = 7g / cos 16.24

    = 71.52 N.
